We encourage anyone interested in joining the Georgia Chapter of Academy of Hazardous Materials Managers to learn more about us.

Who Can Join?

We invite any CHMM in Georgia or any person with a professional interest in hazardous materials management to join.

Students!

A Student Member is a full-time student at an accredited college or technical institution who is pursuing a degree in a discipline or field which may be directly applicable to hazardous materials management. A student will become a member upon receipt of the Chapter application, annual dues, and favorable action of the Executive Committee. A student member may not vote or hold office.

ACHMM membership allows for individual members to network and increase their effectiveness as professional hazardous materials managers. This nationwide capability expands the horizons of technical information and assistance to members, and helps them explore new and better career opportunities.  For more information click on the the Academy's member information link: http://www.achmm.org

Types of Membership

There are two types of Local GA ACHMM memberships; the Associate non-voting) and ACHMM (voting) members. Please see the Bylaws for more complete descriptions.

Please promote this organization and the meeting programs at your work place. New members and visitors are encouraged and always welcome.
